Ingredients

§  500g whole oats

§  ½ cup almonds sliced

§  ½ cup sunflower seeds

§  ¼ cup coconut flakes

§  ¼ cup dried cherry

§  ½ cup honey

§  1tsp cinnamon powder

§  1 tbs extra virgin coconut oil

Ingredients

1.    Combine oats with almonds, coconut flakes, cinnamon powder and sunflower seeds.

2.    Melt coconut oil over low heat, add honey, mix well over heat for 2 minutes, remove from heat, add oats, mix well.

3.    Spread mixture into oven tray; bake in preheated oven at 160 degree for 20 minutes or until golden in color.

4.    Cool it, add dried cherry and store in tightly close jar.

5.    Keep it in fridge or freezer; bring it room temperature before serving.
