Ingredients

  • 1 kg Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Alphanso Mango pulp
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch of Saffron mixed in 1 tb milk
  • 2 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 1 bowl Alphanso chunks
  • some grated (milk/dark )chocolate for garnishing
  • Pistachio and Almond for garnishing

Ingredients

  • Take a muslin cloth and spread it on a big bowl.
  • Pour the curd in the cloth.
  • Now bring the ends of the cloth together and hang it on a support to drain the water from the curd.
  • Let the curd hang for 6-7hours(I did it over night)
  • Once the hung yogurt done , it will discard all water thru the cloth and will form thick curd.
  • Mix thick curd with remaining ingredients.
  • Mix it nicely to make it smooth.
  • While serving it layer it with fresh Alphanso chunks in serving glass.
  • Garnish with Grated Chocolate and almond pistachio crush.
