    • For drumsticks
    • 12 fresh chicken drumsticks
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 Tablespoons honey
    • 1 tbsp. tandoori masala
    • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
    •  For Salsa
    • Olive oil
    •  1tbsp tinned jalapeno chilies
    •  Fresh cilantro chopped
    • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/4 large red onion, minced
    • salt and pepper


    1. For chicken drumsticks:
    2. Whisk the lime juice, garlic, tandoori paste,chili powder, honey and oil together.
    3. Put the drumsticks in a bowl.
    4. Pour the lime mixture into the bowl. Marinate chicken in it for few hours
    5. Preheat the Oven and grill the chicken, turning carefully and brushing with the remaining marinade.
    6. Serve with mango salsa and garnished with extra lime slices.
    7. For Mango Jalapeno Salsa:
    8. Stem,seed and finely chop the jalapeno chilies.
    9. Peel mangoes and cut into small cubes.
    10. Place them into a large mixing bowl. Add the cilantro, mangoes, lime juice and onions and season with salt and pepper.
    11. Serve immediately
