Tzatziki Dip

Greek yogurt dip or Tzatziki dip, it is a dip made simply with yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic and lemon juice. It’s a refreshing dip/spread, very easy to make and a super hit recipe.

Make sure your grated cucumber is well drained, use your hands to squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber. Garlic is one of the essential ingredients here. I love the flavor of garlic in my dip and tzatziki wouldn’t taste the same without it. Olive oil, lemon juice and not to forget, chili flakes! Spicy and tangy flavors go well together, right?

Once your dip is ready, there are endless ways to use it. I enjoy it with fresh veggies and crackers or pita. Try it this way or you could also slather it onto sandwiches or wraps, with salads or burgers. There are so many creative ways to use it!
