Vegetable Manchow Soup

This Indo Chinese Soup is what I prefer in beginning of any Chinese meal. The flavor and texture that’s what impressed me.Wholesome soups always part of my weekday dinner menus, by that I try to save some Calories for weekends.

Simple hearty Manchow soup Sooths you the best on cold winter evening. I remember my first attempt making it,was trying to get the same colour and excess Soy Sauce spoilt it all but never gave up and now the manchow I make is die for. I prefer it little clear than usually it is served. The regular recipe I found bit crowded with veggies,in this recipe I have used few basic veggies and fistful magical oats topped with crunchy baked noodles and it is so Delicious.
