Marshmallow Brownie Parfait

Childhood, beautiful days of life, nevertheless we realize its importance once we grow up. Remember, those small treats, Jalebis and Laddus?? Anyone could easily bribe us to have just one bite of it and I bet, we would forget all our worries and jitters. How happy were those days!

When it comes to please a kid, all our traditional sweets these days are replaced by fancy modern desserts, cakes, brownies, marshmallows and what not. My girls would wait for the day, when mommy is baking brownies, and I would make them do all the chores in return of these gooey brownies.

Marshmallows and Brownies, these are two things any kid would love to have at any time. Two days back, I baked a big batch of succulent brownies for my darling Niece, who would be traveling soon for her further studies.( We are so proud, she finished her medicine degree this year).
Brownies are a treat by itself, but when it is served with marshmallows, oh boy it’s a die-for combination and truly a showstopper dessert.

I simply used chunk of those brownies and caramelized condensed milk, baked it with marshmallows, and the most fanciest and pretty looking dessert was ready in no time. You can use store made brownies or my own recipe I have written down here. Try it and I hope your kiddos will love it, as much as my girls are crazy for it .
